- A full refund will be issued if we are unable to deliver the service as described.
- No refunds will be provided once work on the project has started.
- No refunds will be granted for completed services or delivered final files.
2. Refund Process
- All refunds will be processed through PayPal.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- A refund confirmation email will be sent once the process is initiated.
3. Order Cancellation
To cancel your order:

- Include your PayPal transaction ID in your request.
- Cancellations after work has started are not eligible for a refund.
4. Dispute Resolution
If you experience any issues:

- We will review your case and work to find a resolution.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, you may open a dispute through PayPal’s Resolution Center.
