These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Brandup (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), accessible at Brandup.me. These Terms govern your use of our music services, including but not limited to music production, composition, recording, custom songwriting, beat production, and ghostwriting. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Services

1.1 Service Scope

We provide various music-related services as outlined on our website. The scope of each service, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be specified in the order confirmation or separate agreement.

1.2 Order Process

- The Client selects a service package via our website or by contacting us.
- Upon confirmation, we send an email with a project brief template that the Client must complete.
- Once the brief is submitted, our team commences work. A tracking will may be provided for progress updates.
- Upon completion, the deliverables will be provided in the agreed format(s).
- The Client has seven (7) days from delivery to request revisions within the agreed scope.
- Final deliverables are provided via email after the revision period.

1.3 Revisions

Revisions are limited to those specified in the service package. Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

2.1 Pricing & Payment Methods

- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments must be made via PayPal, credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods.

2.2 Refund Policy

- Non-refundable services: Due to the nature of our work, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a service cannot be fulfilled due to an issue on our end, a refund or credit may be issued at our sole discretion.

2.3 Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating an unauthorized chargeback violates these Terms. If a dispute arises, the Client must contact us directly to resolve the issue before initiating a PayPal or bank dispute.

Privacy Policy

4.1 Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Third-Party Services

Payments and transactions are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). We are not responsible for any data handling by these external entities.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding our Services. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
